The mens senior 8 and Lewis Todd made the long trip to Nottingham to test themselves. The 8 coxed by the indomitable Maggie Hawkyard won their semi final at IM3 and finished 5^th in the final where only 5 seconds covered 2^nd place to 5th. Lewis gave a good account of himself racing at Sen 1 sculls coming in 5^th in that final.
